The first step is a low pressure discovery call: a free, 30 minute phone call for me to assess your needs and answer any questions and for you to get a vibe check. We can figure out together if my practice is the right fit for you. If not, I can point you in the right direction!
As a reminder, my practice is fully virtual, so sessions will be held over zoom. You will need to be in the states of California, Washington, or Hawai’i to engage in therapy due to state by state regulations on treatment and licensure. I do not accept insurance, but do offer limited sliding scale spots and super bills for out of network benefits.
