  • In therapy with me:

    • I will always validate the myriad of reasons you may be feeling overwhelmed. There is a lot happening on personal, community, national, and international levels that taxes our nervous systems.

    • You will have a dedicated, consistent space to slow things down, quiet the noise, and listen to the parts of you that are feeling overwhelmed.

    • Together, we’ll identify what those parts of you are needing.

    • Whether you need validation, presence, clarity, guidance, support, resources or even a meditation, I’ll make sure every session tends to what you’re needing at that particular moment.

  • In therapy with me, we can:

    • Explore the tension between what you have and what you truly want

    • Clarify your values and sort through the definitions of happiness, worthiness, and success that were imposed on you vs. those that truly align with you

    • Get to know and care for the parts of you that haven’t felt like enough

    • Release painful experiences from the past that understandably left you feeling unworthy

    • Start to cultivate a relationship with yourself base in compassion and love that are not conditional

  • In therapy, I’ll help you find and nourish relationships that are sustainable through support with:

    • Overcoming anxiety that comes up in social or relationship contexts

    • Developing healthy boundaries with family, partners, and loved ones that feel authentic and realistic

    • Learning about the vast range of different emotions you’re likely feeling and what they’re trying to communicate to you

    • Practicing how to communicate your emotions and needs in a way that is effective and genuine to your style

    • Exploring and healing from unwanted relationship patterns that keep repeating through a lens of curiosity and non-judgment

  • In therapy with me, you’ll receive:

    • Validation that time does not automatically heal our wounds

    • Dedicated time, space, energy, and care for the painful experiences you had that you never got the chance to fully feel, acknowledge, and ultimately release since you were busy surviving

    • Shifting your relationship to unwanted memories, reactions, patterns as you start to see them as younger parts of you asking for help

    • Building up and reinforcing the part of you that is able to love, protect, and care for your younger self

  • In therapy with me, you will:

    • Learn what life with ADHD looks like beyond DSM criteria, common misconceptions, and ableist perspectives from a certified ADHD specialist with lived experience

    • Grieve that which you did not get as a result of misunderstanding, misdiagnosis, and missed opportunities.

    • Explore the areas of your life (executive function, self worth, relationships, healthy coping, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, sensory sensitivities, rejection sensitivity) most affected by ADHD with support specifically tailored for you.

    • Learn about skills, strategies, tools, apps, accommodations, and more that can provide scaffolding for you to show up as your best self!
